It varies from year to year when we open sales for beef shares.
If you love the thought of filling your freezer with a variety of beautiful cuts of beef from steaks to ground beef to roasts to short ribs to soup bones with plenty of ground beef, make sure to get a 1/4 or 1/2 beef share to have on hand especially when you have a growing family who eat twice as a much nowadays with a variety of healthy proteins and real food.
