How-to Video on Roasting and Cutting Up a Whole Chicken

Blog

For 2023, we took a break from raising pastured chicken, but that doesn’t mean that our current customers aren’t enjoying any chicken from us.

That’s right.

Our monthly beef subscribers enjoyed Christmas in July with pastured chicken.

They got to savor some chicken drumsticks and boneless skinless chicken breasts.

But not only did our monthly subscribers enjoy a treat, but so did our customers on our email list who placed an order in June when we replenished our beef supply.

Thank you for your continued support!

And we love pastured whole chicken. A delicious, earthy flavor that you won’t find in stores.

Also good for roasting.

But it doesn’t stop there. You can also cut a whole chicken into pieces or shred them for soups and stews and grilling and baking.

A whole chicken doesn’t have to be devoured in one sitting — although understandable if it is — a perfect leftover option that you can put to good use for a variety of different meals.

Here’s a how-to video on one of my fave ways to make a whole chicken and how to cut it up.
