Hide it in Other Dishes! Try These 3 Beef Liver Recipes

Blog

“Is liver good for you?” Absolutely! Organ meats, including liver, are considered one of nature’s most amazing superfoods.

And, you can get these at a fraction of the price of other cuts of meat, which makes adding liver to your household good for your health and budget.

Liver contains large amounts of Vitamin B12, Vitamin A, Iron, Folate, Biotin, and Selenium per serving. It also outperforms spinach and carrots as a source of vitamin B12 too.

“But hey, what if I don’t like the taste?” You can mix 75% ground beef with 25% ground liver and use it for any ground beef recipe such as a taco mix; or, hide it in a meatball mixture. This is also a great alternative when you have kids to cook for or someone in your family just doesn’t like the taste.

There are lots of other great liver recipes online that can help you find ways to make your liver more edible, but here are three recipes that you can try to help hide this nutrient-dense organ meat for you and/or your family.
