Back-to-school season is here, and if you’re anything like me, you’re starting to get ready for school or in my case, homeschool, farm chores, and making sure dinner actually makes it to the table. That’s where ground beef comes to the rescue. It’s versatile, cooks fast, and the kids almost never complain when it’s on the menu.
Here are three quick, kid-approved recipes that make busy weeknights a whole lot easier.

Real Food for Real Life
Back-to-school season doesn’t have to mean drive-thru dinners or cereal for supper. With a little ground beef, you can put quick, real food on the table that your family will actually eat.
If your freezer could use a refill, we still have 2 quarters left for October processing — or you can reserve both for a half beef. It’s the best way to fill your freezer and know dinner is handled on even the busiest nights.
Enjoy!
